The staff on ward 15th were excellent, nothing was too much trouble they made my stay very comfortable. It's very hard to say what could be improved and I could not find any fault.

My experience was that I was treated as a person not a number. Initially my notes were not complete when transferred to number 19, but soon overcome, all staff friendly and professional in their duties. Thank you for looking after me (only second time in hospital).

All staff were very good. I went to theater promptly and although I still dpon't know what caused the foot abcess, the exlanations from the doctors helped a lot.

So pleased with my day to day care, in ward 19 also staff very kind and helpful day and night made my stay as good as it could be. The only improvement I would like to see in a cup of tea on waking before breakfast spaced out time.
