Staff are very friendly and caring. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They are only young and very good to the old people. They listen to what we have to say.

- Staff throughout the system, are helpful; professional; thoughtful and efficient and are much respected for their professional attitude (s). - Although sympathetic and mostly understanding of the demands made on the various departments it can be demoralising and create unnecessary levels of anxiety to be prepared for procedures/operations only to have to wait for several hours before being called for.

Lives in nursing home unable to fill form in and no family or carers visited. This lady has dementia.

The care and attention is excellent. During the night, staff could be a little more sympathetic to other ward patients when dealing with others, i.e a little quieter.
