At this current time in my life, I am going through difficult circumstances. I was a bit dubious about seeing a Councillor, but I am happy that I did. That hour a week gives me reassurance, answers that I understand but couldn't see it for myself. That hour takes so much pressure and stress off my mind, the service is very professional and much needed to people like myself that need that extra help.

I am now on my 4th/5th meeting with my counsellor and believe this is a very re-assuring service that has been so, so more understanding of my mental health situation and has indeed convinced me that, 1. I will again become myself. 2. Possibly move to help other people.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to everyone for looking after Paige. Only downside is how long you have to wait to be discharged, but i understand the reason for this, just hard when your little girl keeps asking to go home. Once again, a massive thank you to everyone xx
