I was seen by a Practice Nurse and a Health Assistant. Both combined excellent inter-personal skills with high professional standards. The attractive design and colour of their uniforms is a plus. Some years ago I had experience of the Australian system when I had to attend an A&E department in Perth. I was very impressed with my experience, and I am happy to report that my recent experience at Victoria Hospital was comparable.

I found Dr Kumar to be a very caring doctor. A good listener he always endeavours to find a treatment that meets my needs. I have always been satisfied with the care that he has provided and can offer no way in which it could be improved

Both the sister and the healthcare assistant in the EPAU lack compassion and are very rude. You feel like you are in a head teachers office being told off rather than being in an environment where you could potentially recieve horrendous news. It's beyond ridiculous and something needs to be changed. I feel like they have been shoved into the role after being too diabolical in their manner to work on maternity. Something needs to change.

I have already recommended this service. I did not have a long wait for an appointment after the initial assessment. Personally, I wish there was no time limit on treatment, I wish it ended when the patient is complete in being and not limited to time constraints of weeks at a time.

Other than the wait time, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly and likeable. They were very informative and made me feel more at ease.
