I can't thank the staff on ward 19 enough for their patience with me. I was bought in with suspected problem with my appendix just recently and was so scared away from my family in Australia fearful I was going to be operated on. The nightshift workers were fantastic! Hannah the Dr was so lovely and patient with me and my phobia of blood tests, taking my first blood test in over 22 years even if it was from my hand. A big thank you as well to Jodie, Linn and the other girls who made me stickers and had a laugh with me. It's so very important to have such amazing people working in this industry and I can't thank these guys enough. The day shift workers were great to, although it seemed like more was going on. A big thank you guys and merry christmas!
Couldn't get much better care than i got on both the ward and in recovery ward
Heather and the venesection time always look after me and make me feel welcome. I would recommend the hospital.
I would just like to say a big thankyou to all the team on the coronary care unit.
Mr Bittar and all the team gave excellent care and support to myself and my family, before and after my surgery,

Great Hospital, Great Care, Great Staff...couldn'y of been in a better place for my care.
The service l received at the Clinic, Ward & Intensive Care were excellent. I cannot praise the staff enough, for their care and efficiency. Mr Bittar (The Specialist) was an exceptional man, he explained everything to me in detail, and put me at ease. I cannot praise him enough.

I was under the care of Mr Bittar and his team and couldn't have received better care anywhere in the country.
Anyone who is being or going to be treated by this team could not be in better hands.
Phoned 111 received urgent care appointment. The dr there wasn't happy so referred her to paediatrics at a and e... After waiting for over two hoursin children's a and e (10pm - 12.20am) I told them I was taking my daughter home to be seen by our own GP. Absolutely disgusting to treat an distressed and child in pain this way.
i was surprised on arriving at hospital at 7am to go into a very small room with 5 other patients and the family only to be told to have a shower in an adjoining room and to have to wear the hospital gown in front of everyone - i found that very undignified. The staff in intensive care were fantastic especially Jo and Margaret. I found most of the staff on the ward were very inconsiderate especially at night. Some were very uncaring but one or two made up for them

The pre visit information literature about the NHS Bowel screening program gave a good insight as to what was going to happen on the day.
My appointment was very punctual and the information and care provided by all the staff in the Gastro unit was fantastic.
