On my visit to medical physio for an investigative procedure, I was looked after by senior nurse Karen Pinder and clinical scientist Adrian.
They were both completely professional and efficient throughout the procedure which could have proved uncomfortable but they showed great empathy and provided a calming and confident environment.
My overall experience was excellent with first class care.

The staff were very friendly, patient and efficient. To improve the room could have been cooler but that could just be me I feel faint when in a hot room - when I told the staff they immediately opened.
