Friendly, caring staff who were professional and supportive. Kris in particular was supportive, kind, caring and a perfect birth couach! We can't thank her enough, she went the extra mile several times the night we were in. Unfortunately, Lauren made several comments that made us feel uncomfortable, the first thing she asked me was if my baby was planned. Another was referring to a caesarean as a 'cop out.' I ended up needing a section and her comment was baby check 24 hours later. This luckily no harm care to him.
