Very prompt visit after phone call for help. Very supportive and friendly, with lots of useful information. Very impressed with the response.
Open and honest about my care and plan.
They would keep in touch with me to ensure I was ok and asked me to come in and see them in person occasionally.
Very responsive and kind nurses.
Very thorough discussion with our daughter and feedback to me.
Because it would be far better if the consultant had listened to what treatment i needed and they just went ahead with what they think i needed.
Because i feel that the consultant and his team of doctors have willingly put me on medication that i am unable to cope with for several reasons. Depacote and lithium are detrimental to the health of a baby in the womb. According to the consultant I am not pregnant. However, i performed 3 pregnancy tests which overwhelmly prove that i am. I do understand that it is viewed as a false pregnancy but with morning sickness which could be from the alleged pregnancy or the adverse side effects to the lithium.
Caring staff who were positive and helpful.
from a disabled persons point of view i have been treated with upholded dignity and care, my dignity has been respected by all staff, staff will help me make tea and coffee due to my ability, some staff will lower these items so that i can do this myself. I enjoy the fact the staff ask me my mood before singing me out for leave. I respect that staff search me on my return and they do this with dignity. All the staff, overall, experience has been 5 star
