Sometimes I feel that there are not enough staff on the ward as every night time the lounge is not monitored and there are other patients moving or climbing on furniture which others then have to find staff to deal with the situation. Sometimes I think when asking for help during these situations it feels that the staff feel like it's too much trouble to deal with the incident.
very comfortable and very well run by very intentive staff
Someone entered my room without knocking, this shouldn't happen, they should wait for permission.

Staff are very helpful. The OT department provide a range of activities using various skills, such as reading newspapers, drawing diagrams, shading outlined prints and doing cookery. Laurent was particularly helpful with group activities.

We were very reluctant to admit at Whiteleaf Centre given the pre-conception around a psychiatric hospital. Tara Raheem was amazing in convincing us to do so and very supportive. It has been the best decision as the recovery my mum has made has been great. The environment is difficult but for those that have the chance of getting better it is a great place to be to give you that motivation. All the staff have been really good and accommodated every request. It's a fantastic place and Dr. Murray, Sally, Elisha, Nigel, Miles, Shannon, Neeru, Sara and many more have been really good to my mother.
