Lynette and Emma have both been very kind to me.
Everyone is so caring.
I feel supported.
No improvement needed.
Thankyou, it was nice if you to phone me and the police were nice and helpful too
Attentiveness of staff, in particular Ayisha who always gave me a save place to speak without judgement.
Lights being switched on during hourly checks at night was very disruptive to patient’s sleep and might be impacting well-being.
Care is comprehensive, lots of insight, strategy and support to help a patient deal reasonably and properly with their problems.
Possible community support to follow up inpatient care.
Healthier meal choices - fruit is not always freshest, milk at times goes off.
Disciplinary procedures for patients to let them know how to behave on the ward.
Staff would listen to me and I got on well enough with quite a few staff members such as Lauren, Humaira, Ayisha and Josie who were especially helpful and understanding of my problems.
The noise on the ward is sometimes too much for people with certain issues, there should be more quiet areas.
No other comments.
Nothing to improve.
Got seen very quickly, lovely staff - know what they are doing!
Centre itself seems well looked after and clear!
There are masculine aspects to my character. It would be useful to have more gender options.
I have found the hospital to be very supportive towards AE condition. You have always been helpful when asked for information.Thank you very much for your support.
