The team were all very knowledgable and approachable. They spoke in a way that was clear and showed that they understood how I felt, how I had felt and how I might feel in the future. The communication was great and they managed my expectations well

It was perfect for me, no need to improve anything for me personally. I connected with the facilitators and was more than comfortable
