Ruby ward The trust say there was nothing wrong with care when there was clear evidence of abuse. I complained about the neglect to not even got a sorry yes some of the staff are amazing and deserve their jobs but some of them shouldn’t be in a hospital setting as they don’t care but then they know they can say and do what they like. Eg I had a recording of a staff member telling a very unwell patient she didn’t like her and to go away according to the trust there is no issue with that. I was left with oxygen levels off 88 ie life threatening when I raised this conveniently the trust can’t find it! When I saw it it the records. All I wanted was acknowledgment that some of the stuff wasn’t okay but I know I will never get that please complain if you suffer the same we can’t all be lying
