When patients are inside the unit, maybe in tv room, their room doors are locked. To get them unlocked requires the presence of a member of staff. Maybe the patient could have a way of unlocking the door without staff presence. A call bell system especially at night would be supportive for patients. Salads are advertised as being available but they are rarely so. Food is good and variety is excellent.
