Staff need to be more helpful and less preoccupied with chatting to colleagues or munching on crisps whilst you knock on the door seeking attention. They know you are waiting and can see you are there and hear you but stubbornly refuse to answer the door. I get the distinct impression that they enjoy this power they have over you and you seem to have no rights and even less dignity.
