My consultant,anaesthetist, nurses and doctors were all excellent, kind and professional. I was looked after very well throughout and treated with respect. I was comfortable and checked constantly. The facilities were good and I felt very much at ease.

I found the administration side of my treatment very frustrating with everything having to be done using Spirehealth care,rather than a simple text or phone call.Orginal operation cancelled due to technical fault but then had to chase for new date,new appointments made but only notified by a covid text which then made me to log into Spire account to see why.

I have had several operations & treatments at the Montefiore . Front desk reception team are always courteous & polite. The hospital is always meticulously clean. Every department I have been to is helpful & thorough . Very happy with the services I have received. I just wish that as an NHS patient , advance follow up treatment appointments were a little easier to make.

I felt that my time with the physiotherapist just prior to discharge was a little rushed.
The fitting and unfitting instructions of my abduction sling was not fully explained enough.
