I cannot fault this hospital. What struck me was that despite the current staff shortage problems everywhere, there were always plenty of staff available. I believe there were some agency/bank staff, but they were of such quality that it was difficult to tell who they were except for the uniforms. I tried not to be a nuisance, but I did need help getting to the bathroom, for some reason more at night, but they always came within seconds of being called. They were also careful to let me sleep whenever possible. They were a cheerful, tolerant caring team - a credit to the hospital.
very efficient and good personal attention
I received excellent care by excellent theatre staff and amazing ward staff 5 star service and food also high quality it’s an amazing experience
I have stayed as a private patient at the Manor a number of times for up to 2+ weeks at a time. I have each time been cared for very well, even when it was Christmas Eve right through to New Year!
The care I received at The Manor Hospital Oxford was great. Staff were kind and compassionate and really looked after me well during my stay. The best hospital care I have ever had.
I was looked after so well for a back surgery. Everything went like clockwork, with friendly nurses, great communication and (importantly!) really nice food with lots of cups of tea :-)
Great service all round
The hospital staff were so lovely and accommodating through my whole operation.
A great hospital. Facilities - good. Staff - good 10 out of 10
My follow up care said I had dissolvable stitches but they were not.
Also I was not told whether I was having a general or local sedation so I fasted just in case.
