Friendly empathetic staff, treat lovely.
Improvements: read patient notes!
I was due an IV for loss of fluids, after 2 days I got tired of asking. It finally arrived 10 mins before surgery, when I'd gone 16 hrs without any fluid.

The ward staff are wonderful, cheerful and efficient.
The theater staff are the same pre admission is quick informative and efficient.
