The staff on 37 were extremely professional and understanding, things I found difficult or embarrassing were handled with great care.
I spent one night on a different ward and the difference in care was staggering.

Nothing needs improving, I was given the best care, the staff has been amazing, the care that was given was excellent, all I can say is that I received the best care ever, there's nothing I can fault.
