The going home process is poor and results in long delays and a busy bed. There is always a long delay in getting the go home drugs. This shouldn't be difficult to address this is always an issue at the weekend. In 3 visits in the past few months I have had at least 6 hour delays on going home to getting home drugs. This visit delay due to getting a blood test was ready to go at 9 am still here at 2 pm. Imagine it will be 4.5 pm.
It has been excellent, prompt, very caring indeed, and I second to none that I know and I find it hard to think how it could possibly be improved.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent care and good nursing staff.
Good communication and explanation. Nurses very efficient and friendly despite being moved to ward which had just opened so unfamiliar with surroundings. Only feedback which is not positive. Admissions ant 8.00.
