From my entrance to the ward the care & communication has been first class, Night team are superb, day care was good, sometimes it seemed a little busy for day staff as timed response ie, "I'll be back in 20 mins" didnt always follow, However the care and communication and attention of Dr Hall and his theatre team was second to none, I am in your dept. Thank you.
