I had been referred by the NHS for Acute Pain in shoulder Joints and My hands. The Staff treated me just the same as if I had paid. They were all helpful and encouraging talking items through so I knew what was happening with each procedure. They were also very caring. You could help yourself to Coffee etc whenever you wanted. The care was outstanding.
