I had two different scans at the hospital on separate visits and both times everyone involved in the process, receptionists, nurses and doctors were all very kind and caring, explaining the procedures clearly, ensuring I wasn't waiting around at all, explaining what was being seen on the scans immediately at the time of the scan and then also on one of the tests referring the results on for further analysis, speaking to my consultant, phoning me the next day with updates and getting me booked in for a further test. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to have treatment or tests there, as I felt in very safe and caring place.

The whole team from the receptionist to all the nursing staff, staff nurses, sister and operating staff I can only say exceptional good things in this regard. All so professional from Anna my care assistant, who was lovely, to Jackie the staff nurse and Dr Pampiglione and Dr Dodds, highly professional and caring with great patient handling. I was in the Nuffield Hospital in Bournemouth for three nights, after an operation, and the day staff were wonderful. My concerns, which I have already reported to he Hospital, were about the night staff. Nights were long, lonely and I was made to feel a nuisance if I called for the nurse on duty. My bedroom door was shut at 10pm and it was made clear to me that the nurse did not want to be called. Of course, I have absolutely no complaints about the surgeon who carried out my operation, or as I said before, any of the day team.
