From the reception to the completed treatment. All staff were empathic efficient and professional.. one was treated as an individual and all the staffs work ethic was one of cohesion between them selves and patients . Lovely atmosphere and care. I felt safe personally and medically. From the time i had my initial referral appointment with the consultant, to my Operation/theatre day case . cant thank you all enough.
