I have never had such a lovely experience! The hospital staff were so professional and friendly. A great mix to have. I did not know what to expect, it is only a toe, but they treated me as good as anyone having any operation. Really really impressed at every single staff member I met. My only suggestion was that just getting a letter is rather old fashioned, and I feel postage is so much that you could email or text the appointments, but I am sure their is a reason for not - as you do need to send other communication apart from just the appointment. So thank you anyway, and I look forward to coming back (weirdly)!
