I had bilateral hernia surgery at Tetbury Hospital and the standard of care was exceptional. Staff made you feel that they really cared and were friendly and approachable as well as being very professional.Everywhere was spotlessly clean and fresh looking. Information was communicated fully so that you understood any procedures carried out. The good humour and approachability of staff enabled me to relax prior to my surgery. Politicians and NHS CEO,s need look no further to see how hospitals should be run.
