Friendly and helpful staff in a nice clean environment with pleasant radio friendly music on at a good volume.
Canula was also put in with no pain or struggle (done by Katherine Elliot).
Offered drinks and food options regularly as well.

I felt the doctor really listened to me and took the time to examine me properly and to his time to reassure me and to follow up via my GP for referral for more tests. Nothing could be improved.
