Very thorough and staff seemed concerned and caring and very knowledgeable. Only improvement could be maybe "if possible" putting drip through leg as arm restricted all night which made sleep very uncomfortable.

Clean ward, food good, care assistants very helpful, nurses efficient. W/C's a bit stressful for all! More knowledge needed with complications to do with control medication and how might cause anxiety. Very pleased with how treated with photo sensitivity by being given a room as was frightened by this experience. Staff showed understanding and consideration. Ward at the w/c was scary though more staff were needed. Everyone was rushed which meant the odd mistake when the breaks were not put on my bed when transferred to ward, the result was an elderly confused patient full when she learnt on the bed while looking for hers in the night.

Definitely! From first entering casually I found the nursing staff extremely professional, caring to allay my fears and in passing u/o complete their hectic roles still found time to make sure everyone was alright.

Everyone was kind and cheerful as I have no complaints at all. I'm sure lots, could be improved if the government gave more money to local hospital.
