1. Majority of staff were wonderful and a more positive experience than I have had before a long way.
I am frequently admitted so have experience of being in MAU.
2. How grateful I am that at last the consultant (Mr Terry) actually listened to me.
Time spent speaking to patients and then historical knowledge of the condition is never wasted in coming to a diagnosis.
