Came with dad who had a fall whilst on holiday. While here a lady also waiting to be seen was very distressed and upset. When we raised this with the receptionist she told the triage on duty who turned the other way. This lady ended up having blood flowing from her eye. She was distressed and nothing was being done.

A very special day would have been ruined had it not been for the prompt, caring and efficient service my husband received at the Beacon. As it was we saw our grandson's wedding and enjoyed time with family and friends. Thank to all.

My wife has dementia so it was important that the appointment was punctual it was the proceedings went efficiently without any problems having the blood samples taken on site was a bonus as my wife who has orientation problems and would have had issues waiting for an age in the blood taking department which has been our experience in the past
