Everything was explained as we went along. All staff very friendly. They even gave me a soft chair as I couldn't sit on the plastic ones, due to asteopes. Offered tea and biscuits on return. Has a T.V to watch. Excellent treatment.

The care is excellent. Personally I found the waiting area and recovery area extremely chilly.
The waiting time is very long but I understand it is probably difficult to improve that area.

Friendly efficient staff.
I was kept informed.
It was good to be able to chat with other patients.
