I had wonderful treatment by every member of staff, lovely people, and I cannot praise them enough.
Nothing was too much trouble and they were all smiles and friendly.
Food was good and well presented.
The night staff were great and very quiet and sleep was easy to get.
You run a great hospital.

I think everything was fine in St Mary's.
Once discharged the 1st time apart from visiting my GP. There is/was no one to talk to at the end of the telephone. I wrongly thought 111 may just give advice, but they advised to get me to be checked over. So I find my self in for another night.

Excellent staff.
Can phone anytime if I have a problem. Car parking could be better/nearer.
