Very thoughtful and personal approach - sensitive approach to taking bloods - the nurse made me feel like an individual - listened to what I had to say. Helped me to feel more confident about my treatment( I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer.) what a lovely nurse!

Really friendly looking after patience, extremely well nice calm too talk to and reassurance given thank you to the staff for your time and effort for what you do :-).
