Visited A & E with laceration to leg. Staff were efficient and explained exactly what the procedures would be. Very short wait for triage with friendly nurse, then sympathetic staff in A & E dealt with wound and suggested future care. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Marjorie (staff nurse) was extremely good and apologized for the mistake, but there was a mix up with appointments and I had to return to clinic a second time.
