Excellent care throughout from arriving. Not kept waiting at all, everybody I saw very helpful and explained procedure to me. Advised me to see GP again at surgery. Thank you.

Waiting was unacceptable, there was no communication on the anticipated waiting time. My problem was minor, but even so, is it not possible to give some idea within a hour? Needs to be a better system for dealing with minor conditions.
