Also explaining exactly what will happen.
I do not feel any improvement is needed in this department.

My checking in process was very smooth, no delays and had the best care ever!
I felt safe and listened to with nothing but praise for all members of the day unit. My nurse Fiona was outstanding very thorough and made my experience very positive. No negative feedback whatsoever so thank you!
