Non-emergency ambulance collection following dislocation of my arm. Damian and Paul were excellent at assessing the situation and getting me to the hospital. I was lucky with the timing and had only a short period to wait for triage and very quickly followed by the consultant whose confident manner helped to relax me and manipulated my arm back into its socket. I was well informed of the checks they carried out and findings. Scan to check everything was in order was also carried out quickly and efficiently. Thank you very much.
