No improvement necessary. Perhaps Friday afternoon is a good time to be seen. However the ladies at reception were quick. Respectful well mannered and clear in their instructions. After a quick change into x-ray clothing the radiographer was again efficient, well mannered and clear and concise with her instructions. In chort the whole procedure took about 10-15 minutes and I was not made to feel a burden in any way. So give the staff a pat on the back and 10/10 for the system.
