The staff are lovely and Rachel on reception was particularly kind and helpful.
However...trying to get through by telephone is a dispiriting experience and quite unacceptable. I understand there is one person on the phones. I wonder what sort of abuse they receive and how often they have to say sorry on managers' behalves?
20 minutes and 30+ minutes of waiting and still not being connected is a) costly b) very poor service.
