Everyone cares. Timing sometimes goes strangely wrong. I did not appreciate being presented with my evening meal - mashed potatoes in a tomato sauce - steaming in front of me and ready to eat - only to be asked to wait a few moments to have the daily small injection in my stomach. I did demand on this occasion but the injection went ahead and the meal cooled a little exceedingly.
