Felt a bit rushed. Some forewarming about what actually happens at the center as regards changing and the positions to get into when using the machine would have been good but these things probably don't bother other people as much as me as I have anxiety and depression and like as much information as I can possibly get. I also don't remember things very well from one visit to the next.
