Penny is always very helpful however sometimes appointments would have fitted in better on alternative days as I work. My employer is flexible though which is helpful.

- The midwife was always efficient and supportive. - I always felt I could call the antenatal service for advice or support if needed. - I cant think of any ways in my experience how the service could be improve.

I've only been to see the midwife at Surestant once. She was nice enough but unorganised and could not find some of my test results. Seen p bone at QA once and she was ver organised and helpful.
