We know what was going on when, why and where for what we were being seen for, well informed, treated well and diagnosis done painless, patients with effective cancellation.

For a unit which appeared so great, a long waiting time but on this occassion no complaints at all.

It was my first time,very informative and informed of what I could expect. I was nervous but was feel at ease. I felt confident with my nurse and treatment I would be getting.
