This is the first time I have had the procedure and I was very nervous but everyone was very kind and understanding and helped to put me at ease.

Nothing, everything was very good for me. All the staff very kind and helpful and understanding.

All the staff were very kind and considerate through this procedure which was a great relief as I was apprehensive.
Suggested improvements
One of the overgarments I was given to wear was stained and did not well to have been cleaned. This was a very minor complaint as overall the procedure and aftercare was very good.
