All staff nurses doctor were very professional, caring, always tole me why what, when B4 anything was done, very helpful when asking quesitons made me feel safe showed compassion when asked for a female doctor.
Suggested improvements
Keep doing what you are all doing caring compassionate and thoughtful hope you all get a very big salary review you all totally deserve it thanks NHS.

Clear information. Kindness and compassion shown by all staff people introduced themselves. Answered all questions. Everyone very helpful.
Suggested improvements
Get ceiling lights that look like the sky. - Ask charitable funds to pay for it. It will make me{ } a more relaxing space.

My experience at this department was good. All the staff and doctor excellent was made to be felt at ease perfect.
Suggested improvements
I think a big improvement could be made in the assessment area where you change and wait for the procedure. Not very private sitting with other people in your gown.
