All staff were very helpful and compassionate. They made me feel welcome and safe. This was the easiest colonscopy I have ever had.
Suggested improvements
Maybe clean the chairs in the patients waiting room, and changing room regularly.

Staff were very courteous and informative, familier were very clean and well organised, there was no under waiting time./nCovid precautions were very good.

Staff very friendly and allowed me to make the decisions about my scan.
Suggested improvements
I told one nurse about having a fall this morning, but this was not passed on and he did not say I need to let other nurses/ staff know which led to last minute changes to the scan.
