Because that is how I feel! Everyone was been so kind and helpful. Nobody gave the impression of being too busy to stop and listen!

My overall experience was good. There s always room for improvement. I am concerned that the depth of my procedure was not as thorough as I had anticipated.
Suggested improvements
Ask patients what they expect from procedure so they express what they understand, I was asked if I know why I am having procedure to which I said yes, I thought I did./nHe had a cancerous polyp removed last year I remain concerned about my health.
