This review is for an Endoscopy Pre-Assessment conducted over telephone.
Pre-Assessment was conducted very well, and the fact that it was before the start of bowel cleaning treatment, it was extremely helpful.

All staff were very helpful and compassionate. They made me feel welcome and safe. This was the easiest colonscopy I have ever had.
Suggested improvements
Maybe clean the chairs in the patients waiting room, and changing room regularly.
