All the nurses are attentive and friendly
They are polite & patient.
As soon as the nurses noticed a problem ie;- high temp etc they alerted the doctors.

Care very good only one complaint never got everything meal forgot alabout me. Had chicken sandwich instead.

Expertise of surgical team (Jenkins/ Aziz)
Nursing/ Health Care staff all good. Some of the fixtures & fittings need simple repairs eg shower hose connection on tap - bed light/ Bed controller - would cost little

My care was of an extremely high standard.I have had 5 previous major surgeries for crohn`s disease so I am able to compare. I think it helps being a specialist hospital as there`s a higher level of understanding around, right down to the catering. Good hospital for poorly tummy`s. THe only improvement I could recommend is the temperature of my bay was very high and felt like a sauna at times!

From arrival at Endoscopy I was warmly welcomed by Beccy. Later I had contact with Dr Fraser's registrar and anethatist who explained the full facts of the procedure including the caution that would be exercised eventually I was transferred to recovery and Frederick Salmon ward each and everyone of the staff deserves more credit for the work that they carry out

All staff went the extra mile. On the day of release takes to long up to 9 hrs. Could fly to USA quicker.
