I attend the IBD Clinic, every eight weeks and find the staff, respectful, kind knowledgeable and professional in everything they do and say.
The area that I am treating in, is always kept clean and tidy, which is very reassuring.
I find it difficult to suggest any improvements and would like to congratulate all concerned.

The nursing and care given was excellent. They do everything with a smile.
Improvements: being a gastro specialist ward they should be more aware of specialist dietary requirements. A lot of food goes to waste.

Very caring staff.

Nurses are very polite and caring.
Improvement: takes a bit too long to come.
