The nurses are very helpful, caring and well informed.
They are very helpful in guiding me in decision making regarding my treatment plan.
I am always happy with my treatment at the IBD Day Unit.

The care was very informative. This was my first visit so I was not entirely sure what to expect but all the staff were very friendly, prompt and patient with me. I was treated my nurse Tracey Tyrell and I couldn't have asked for better care. Very pleased and happy with my care.

Everything is explained very clearly.
The nurse was very friendly.
The administrator (Androola) was very good at offering refreshments and always friendly when I come in.
I do miss seeing the senior nurses as I have a good relationship with them as been here for years.
Find it more difficult when different nurses each time.

Compared to previous hospitals, these nurses are IBD nurses administering the drug. Nurses are very friendly.
